Troubleshooting Zyxel Router Login

Can’t Access 192.168.1.1?

• Ensure you’re connected to the Zyxel network.
• Try a different browser or use incognito/private mode.
• Use alternate IPs like 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.254.
• Restart your router and try again.

Forgot Username or Password?

• Press and hold the reset button on the back of the router for 10–15 seconds.
• This will reset the router to factory settings (you’ll lose any custom settings).
